What is Hypnotherapy?      

Since we always do what our subconscious mind tells us - even sometimes when it defies all reason and logic- Hypnotherapy deals with those problems of the mind that are rooted in and controlled by our subconscious. Hypnotherapy allows us to bypass the conscious mind to allow positive suggestions for change, of our own choosing, to be given directly to our unconscious mind for us to act upon.

Hypnotherapy is simply the use of therapy techniques while in hypnosis to change behaviour patterns that we really want to change, such as smoking or over-eating, and to help in eliminating phobias like fear of spiders, flying, injections and so on.

It is also tremendously effective in dealing with anxiety, stress, panic attacks, feelings of depression and many more of life's problems(see problems helped).
